“Tanpera products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of invoice, as long as they are assembled in accordance with the instructions for use and used for their intended purpose. This guarantee is an indication of our confidence in the quality of our products. However, problems that may arise from user errors or network problems are not included in the warranty.”

Tanpera Plate Heat Exchangers Warranty Terms

At Tanpera, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality at all times. In line with this principle, we offer our end customers an optional manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 5 years. Details regarding these warranty conditions are presented below.

I. General Provisions

• Guarantee Holder: The guarantee is intended for the first end customers of Tanpera products and is non-transferable.
• End Customer Definition: The first consumer who purchases the Product directly from Tanpera or Tanpera’s authorized sales partners.
• Consumer Definition: A natural person who purchases the Product for personal use and does not use it for commercial or professional purposes (e.g. for resale or installation by third parties).

II. Warranty Period and Scope

• Tanpera plate heat exchangers are guaranteed against material, workmanship and manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase if used under the conditions and conditions specified in the design parameters.
• Installation and Terms of Use: Tanpera plate heat exchangers must be professionally installed and used in accordance with Tanpera installation and operating instructions.
• Terms of Service and Maintenance: The user must have maintenance service performed by Tanpera or Tanpera authorized services once a year and for a fee, keep the service-maintenance record and submit it in case of any request. Products that have not been serviced in due time are not covered by the warranty.
• The 5-year Warranty conditions specified in this context;

– It is valid for products sold to customers in Turkey and used within the borders of the Republic of Turkey. For plate heat exchangers sold abroad, the mandatory Warranty Period is valid in accordance with the laws of the relevant country.

– Valid for products where the fluids in the primary and secondary circuit are water. For products where fluids other than water are used, the mandatory Warranty Period is valid in accordance with the relevant laws.

III. Warranty Claim Process

• Warranty Registration : For the 5-year warranty conditions to be valid, the user must register the product by filling out the 5-year warranty request form via the link on the Tanpera website.
• Service Request : To request service, the defect must be described in detail in writing and the proof of purchase and contact details of the end customer must be attached.

IV. Services Provided under the Guarantee

1. Repair: The product will be repaired by a specialized technician authorized by Tanpera and the necessary spare parts will be provided free of charge.
2. Change: The defective product is replaced with a product of the same type. For discontinued products, an equivalent product is offered.
3. Fee Refund: If Tanpera chooses to refund the purchase price of the product, the product will be taken back and a refund will be issued.

V. Conditions Excluded from the Warranty:

• Use of spare parts of unknown origin, without invoice or non-original spare parts
• Intervention, repair, maintenance or modification of the heat exchanger by persons or organizations not authorized by Tanpera
• Damages and malfunctions caused by misuse
• Damages and malfunctions during transportation, storage or caused by physical impacts, chemical factors and environmental conditions
• Damages and malfunctions caused by natural disasters and environmental factors such as fire, flooding, freezing, etc.
• Products are exposed to a pressure or temperature higher than the operating pressure and temperature for which they are designed
• Damages and failures due to the use of fluids other than the design fluid and the chemical properties of the fluid
• Blockages, damage and malfunctions caused by fluid contamination (rust, welding spatter, particles, solid particles, organic matter, etc.) or water quality and hardness (scaling)
• Physical damage to the product by exposure to the ram impact and sudden pressure fluctuation caused by the fluid
• External physical damage to the product
• Connection and installation of the product other than the connection and installation conditions specified in the user manual,

VI. Legal Rights

This warranty does not limit or modify the customer’s statutory rights. The customer may continue to exercise its legal rights.
